Defective Product: We will accept any defective product for Repair or Replacement within one year of purchase. In order to receive a replacement for defective product, you must contact our Support Center at either: Support@konyin.com or call (339) 987-9249 to obtain RAN #.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN #) must be obtained from our Support center and is required for ALL returns. Products must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RAN # at which time the RAN # expires. RAN #'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
KONYIN.com reserves the right to return any product without a valid RAN # to the customer.
All returned products must be in the original packaging, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Products that are returned incomplete, or show sign of external damages, -- if accepted -- will require a service charge. The service charge must be paid before product is returned to customer.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Request for a Return Authorization Number (RAN #) by sending e-mail to support@konyin.com
2. Please make sure you provide the following information when requesting RAN #.
a) Original order number (located on packing slip),
b) name of product being returned,
c) reason for return,
d) your name,
e) daytime telephone number and
f) e-mail address.
3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging, intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories are included.
4. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method when mailing item back to us.
5. Please use the ship to address stated on the e-mail providing you with RAN #.
6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RAN #. Print the RAN # clearly on the outside of the package.
7. PACKAGES WITHOUT RAN # WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
